I already optimised customer communication for Postbank from September 2011 to July 2017. Now I am working again for Postbank and Deutsche Bank through the Düsseldorf agency KSW Kommunikation GmbH.
My tasks are conception, editing and copywriting for customer letters and information, brochures, promotional mailings, FAQs as well as coaching various departments regarding corporate language and comprehensible language.
