Deutsche Welle, the foreign broadcaster of the Federal Republic of Germany, has launched a development program for its executives and commissioned FLYING EYE to support them with coaching and workshops on change and communication from January to June 2023.
I took over feedback coaching in this assignment. The starting point was personality questionnaires, which provided an opportunity for reflection and then exchange.
The target group was supervisors with two to five years of management experience. They preside over teams of two to 50 employees. The participants came from various directorates such as Distribution, Marketing and Technology, Programming, Business Administration, Directorate General and DW Akademie.
